On 1/28/26 my truck started acting up and not running right and so I was stopped on I-88W in Illinois near Davenport Iowa. I called my mechanic for some help...meanwhile I'm 290 miles away from home. He got names for me to call. I ended up calling Rick &Ken's. These guys were great. They got my truck in fast (thank you for that)!! They diagnosed the problem, explained what was going on. Was asked if I wanted the work done, I said absolutely. The part came and off they went fixing her up. When done took the truck for a test drive and felt good about how she ran. The owner asked that I call him when I made it home. I did just that!! Thank you for your help on such short notice. I really appreciate what you did. I highly recommend Rick & Ken's!

They're really nice and affordable. They were able to get my brakes fixed fast too. I appreciated them getting me in so soon. My brakes have been giving me anxiety for some time and they did a general check up to give me a better understanding where my car stands. I feel a lot better after going here.
